Our client is a leading JSE listed property organisation with a strong national footprint and a reputation for excellence in asset management and value creation. They are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their high-performing finance team.

• Deliver accurate and timeous monthly management reports with actionable recommendations

• Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and business case evaluations
• Continuously improve reporting processes, controls, and financial planning frameworks

• Education:
  • BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an FP&A, financial analysis, or similar strategic finance role
  • Experience within property, real estate, asset management, or a listed environment (highly advantageous)
  • Proven exposure to Board-level reporting and executive stakeholder engagement
• Skills:
  • Advanced financial modelling and strong analytical capability
  • Strong variance analysis and forecasting expertise
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
