A highâgrowth African insights firm is searching for a Head of Client Partners—positioned as a potential Chief Insights Orchestrator—to elevate its client-facing function into an AIâaugmented strategic powerhouse.

POSITION INFO:

In this pivotal executive role, you’ll guide a team of 3 Client Partners through a transformation from classic research delivery to next-gen strategic advisory, powered by predictive intelligence, real-time dashboards, and ethical AI. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Data Sciences, and Câsuite client engagement, you’ll futureâproof relationships and drive expansion across telco, banking, retail, and philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a Human–AI Evolution

Upskill and coach Client Partners in AI tools, strategic storytelling, and product evangelism.
Drive a 120âday transformation roadmap to elevate the team into trusted advisors.

Orchestrate Deep Collaboration with Data Sciences

Fuse predictive models and real-time data with strategic recommendations.
Translate technical outputs into compelling ROIâdriven narratives for clients.

Drive Growth with Câsuite Precision

Build and strengthen executive relationships across major African markets.
Integrate benchmarks, dashboards, and insights into client workflows to boost retention and expansion.

Align CrossâFunctionally for Maximum Impact

Co-develop roadmaps with Product and Data Science leaders.
Create multi-format content (visuals, podcasts, insights collateral) that positions the firm as a thought leader.

Govern Performance for a Future-Ready Team

Own KPIs including revenue, NPS, and product adoption.
Implement agile feedback loops ensuring human creativity and AI excellence coexist.

Required Qualifications

12+ years in client-facing insights or consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in product-led research, CX, or advisory.
Proven success navigating AI transitions within African markets.
Exceptional storytelling and CRM orchestration abilities.
Strong leadership in small, agile teams and matrix environments.
Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, Marketing, Insights; AI or data storytelling certifications advantageous.

Preferred Capabilities

Experience working closely with Data Science/Product teams.
Strength in omnichannel content creation (podcasts, visual storytelling).
Familiarity with ESOMAR ethics in AI-enabled partnerships.
Ability to turn predictive models into proactive, commercial advisory.
