SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer.

POSITION INFO:
My client is currently recruiting for a COO who will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team. You’ll oversee the operational performance of a dynamic organization, renowned for its quality, innovation, and market leadership in the manufacturing sector.

Duties:

• Set and drive organization vision, operations strategy and hiring levels
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity
• Responsible for management and liaising with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations
• Ensure alignment with current company policies and goals
• Develop and implement policies for daily operations

Education and Experience:

• BCom Honours in Business management
• MBA
• At least 10 years proven financial management experience
• Proven hands-on manufacturing experience in an Executive role
