An opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer.

POSITION INFO:
My client is currently recruiting for a COO who will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team. You’ll oversee the operational performance of a dynamic organization, renowned for its quality, innovation, and market leadership in the manufacturing sector.

Duties:

Set and drive organization vision, operations strategy and hiring levels
Oversee company operations and employee productivity
Responsible for management and liaising with various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations
Ensure alignment with current company policies and goals
Develop and implement policies for daily operations

Education and Experience:

BCom Honours in Business management
MBA
At least 10 years proven financial management experience
Proven hands-on manufacturing experience in an Executive role
