Chief Operating Officer

SUMMARY:
We have an opportunity for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a growing company that is a leader in it's industry based in the Lynnwood area in Pretoria East, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving operational effectiveness and the Company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

• BCom or similar undergraduate degree
• 10+ years proven Operational experience on an executive level
• Natural leader - Ability to lead a team (High EQ)
• Ability to roll out systems (Essential)
• Tech savvy

• Directly responsible for managing the primary operational functions across the businesses including Customer service, Customer experience, IT, Projects, Marketing, Service Providers & agents.
• Proposing and then implementing scalable systems and processes to enable continued rapid growth of the company.
• The COO will be closely involved in the selling strategy and execution of the business.
