Our client, a high-performance logistics and freight forwarding enterprise based in Sandton, is scaling fast — and they need a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to steer the ship with operational precision and strategic flair.

If you’re a CA(SA) with 15–20 years’ experience and a knack for transforming operational challenges into commercial wins, this is your calling. Partner closely with the CFO and take the reins on everything from process optimisation to strategic execution. Your leadership will be the bridge between vision and victory.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

ð Education: CA(SA) is essential
ð Experience: 15–20 years’ experience in senior finance and operations roles
ð Industry: Must come from freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
ð¤ Skills: Strong operational acumen with strategic insight; CFO experience is a huge plus
ð¡ Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional executive teams and complex operational landscapes
