SUMMARY:
A premium communication and surveillance solutions equipment supplier company based in Centurion requires the above to be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, from pricing strategies and sales management to partnerships with key suppliers and engagement with major customers.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is essential for this role (A Master’s degree is preferred).
• Previous (5) experience working in a senior commercial or operational role, with a proven track record in building and scaling startups or medium-sized businesses.
• The role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in scaling startups or medium-sized businesses, focusing on driving revenue growth and commercial success.
• Must have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, sales management, and partnership development.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.

• Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence major customers and stakeholders.
