Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all wash plant operations, including crushing, screening, and beneficiation processes.
• Ensure production targets and recovery rates are achieved.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance planning and execution.
• Manage and lead plant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Control operational costs.
• Coordinate with geology, mining, and logistics teams.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Manage contractor performance.
• Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in mineral processing, with 3-5 years in a managerial role in a chrome wash plant.
• Strong knowledge of chrome beneficiation processes.
• Experience in plant optimization and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
