We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering) to oversee contractor construction activities for a major mining project. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution while managing tight timelines, contractor performance, and compliance with SHE standards.

Requirements:

National Diploma: Civil Engineering
First Line Management Certificate
Trade Certification (Artisan – MQA/QCTO Accredited)
5+ years’ experience in civil construction & commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, SHE compliance, and cost control

Responsibilities:

Oversee contractor construction activities in line with project plans
Ensure SHE compliance, risk mitigation, and quality control
Manage contractor schedules, cost tracking, and commercial correspondence
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams
Conduct site inspections, audits, and progress reviews
Handle employee relations & labour disruption responses
