Client Enablement Generalist

A great client experience doesn't start when something goes wrong. It starts the moment a new client comes onboard.

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading organisation within the business process outsourcing and client operations industry, is looking for two Client Enablement Generalists to join their growing delivery team. This role sits at the centre of client onboarding and ongoing support. You'll help new clients get set up correctly, coordinate configurations and client codes, deliver training, monitor adoption and provide day-to-day support throughout the client journey. If you're highly organised, comfortable engaging with clients and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts while making complex processes feel simple, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow within a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client onboarding, including account setup, client codes and system configuration. Deliver client training and support users throughout the implementation process. Monitor client adoption and follow up to ensure successful product utilisation. Provide day-to-day client support and resolve operational queries efficiently. Maintain accurate onboarding records, documentation and coordination trackers. Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Minimum Requirements Relevant experience in client onboarding, customer success, account coordination or operational support. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver client training. Comfortable building professional client relationships and providing exceptional service. Strong administrative and coordination ability with excellent attention to detail. Experience within collections, contact centre or BPO operations will be highly advantageous.
