SUMMARY:
An investment-focused organisation is looking for a Transaction Support / Database Manager to join its team.

This is a varied role combining CRM and database management, transaction support, business development administration, reporting and digital enablement.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain client, investor, company and transaction databases. Ensure information is accurate, up to date and properly maintained. Perform database cleansing, validation and quality checks. Administer CRM systems and maintain opportunity pipelines. Prepare reports, dashboards and relevant business insights. Provide administrative support across transaction and business development activities. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups. Assist with targeted communication campaigns and mailing lists. Maintain stakeholder and business opportunity databases. Assist with events, conferences, webinars and client engagement activities. Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities. Manage system access and liaise with relevant service providers. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital enablement. Support the adoption of emerging technology and AI-enabled tools. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 with strong Mathematics results. Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field. Previous experience working with databases and\/or CRM systems. Exposure to transaction support, investment, financial services, investor relations or a similar environment will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information. Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
