JOB SUMMARY:
To implement Cloud based customer solutions on the various product stacks, for example:

Mimecast
VDC
Veeam
Xconnects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Objectives

Implement customer solutions in an effective and efficient manner.
Assist with customer questions and planning before and during implementations.
Engage automation team to ensure processes are automated.
Document implementation processes to ensure implementations are repeatable.
Engage with projects team to ensure timelines are setup and kept during implementations.
Engage platform owners to optimise processes.
Assist the Core Cloud team with general duties should implementations be completed.
Maintaining service levels on all requests such as tickets, emails and calls.

The candidate should be a self-starter, energised and enthusiastic
Must be a team player with the ability to learn quickly and work well with minimal supervision
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to collaborate with multiple technical resources in order to achieve common business unit outcomes
Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to meet designated deadlines and able to manage multiple projects

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
2-3 years of experience with general administrative duties
2-3 years of experience as a BSD/Linux/Windows/Solaris systems administrator
2-3 years’ customer support experience
Good understanding of networking
