Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
Troubleshoot system and network-related issues
Assist with deployments and configurations
Manage user access and basic security
Maintain system documentation

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

1–3 years IT Support / Systems experience
Basic cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)
Experience with Windows or Linux systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant IT qualification or certification (advantageous)
