POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Leading: Executive financial leadership across multiple business entities Board-level strategic planning and decision-making Mergers & Acquisitions, business expansion and investment analysis Group financial strategy, governance and risk management Commercial decision support to the CEO and Executive Committee Capital allocation, funding and cash flow optimisation Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management Driving operational efficiencies and profitability across the cluster Building and leading high-performing finance teams Ensuring strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For: ✔ CA(SA) qualification (Essential) ✔ Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience ✔ At least 5 years in a Board-level \/ Executive CFO role ✔ Extensive experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Production environments ✔ Proven success in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) ✔ Experience managing multiple legal entities or group structures ✔ Strong commercial, strategic and operational finance expertise ✔ Exceptional stakeholder management and executive leadership skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV.
