To manage, design, create and execute commercial outcomes for the LookSee platform, including onboarding, negotiating and managing partners.

Output group 1*

Supply Side Operations Management

Outputs and measures*

• Manage all operational requirements for the supply side of the LookSee Platform.
• Define, document and manage Marketplace governance and rules of engagement
• Marketplace product and service bundle management - including product mix, bundle mix, service mix and subscription mix
• Manage all pricing and margins with the mix of products and services
• Revenue, margin and volume business modelling and forecasting
• Key involvement in LookSee Orchestration Exco - Using platform data to create matches between producers and consumers
• Constantly work on marketplace design and CX improvements together with LookSee Manco

Output group 2*

LookSee Marketplace Partner Management

Outputs and measures *

• Identify, negotiate with, onboard and manage 3^rd party and internal partnerships who are onboarded into the LookSee Marketplace
• Define and control the quality of products and services loaded by partners onto the marketplace
• Work closely with partner, CX and UX/UI teams to ensure products and services are displayed in a world class manner
• Negotiate marketplace commissions from partners on behalf of LookSee
• Manage relationships between LookSee and payment service providers
