Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Support month-end processes including variance analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and cost optimisation
• Assist in the development and improvement of financial models and reporting tools
• Ensure data integrity and maintain strong financial controls within reporting processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed Finance Degree (non-negotiable)

• 5–7 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or similar commercial finance role
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Exposure to a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Experience engaging with and presenting to stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level essential)
• Experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools
• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint advantageous)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking

• Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
