POSITION: Commercial Controller
AREA: Bellville South
Location: Cape Town
Type: Temporary – It will be a 4 months maternity contract
Start Date: 01 February 2026
Hourly Rate or Salary: R120-R150 per hour or R23 400 – R29 250 per month gross.

Brief Job Description:
To ensure the accurate recording and reporting of commercial activities and processes within the warehousing and other fulfilment cycle. The adherence to the business processes should also be actively to maintain the integrity of reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Grade 12, Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience: 3 – 5 Years, Accounting
Industry: Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QRS
Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Accounting Software: Microsoft Great Plains

Hours: 07h00 – 16h00
Employment Type: It will be a 4 months maternity contract

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Make sure to include keywords used in the industry.

Ensure the effective management of the debtor’s book n line with the agreed protocol.
Ensure accurate recording of expenses during the month.
Accurate budget planning and periodic revision of budgets.
Action plans and reviews of monthly overruns.
Recovery of non-DC related cost.
Audit and write off damages.
Audit and write off stock variances.
Auditing of administrative processes.
Invoice, Credit notes and statement accuracy.
KPI’s. Monthly Financials.
Debtor age analysis.
Creditors trail balance.
