A JSE listed company is searching for a Commercial Financial Manager to join their team. The position will be based in the South of Johannesburg and will require the successful candidate to travel to various African countries.

A JSE listed company is searching for a Commercial Financial Manager to join their team. The position will be based in the South of Johannesburg and will require the successful candidate to travel to various African countries.

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Management of financial accounting.
Business analysis.
Cash flow management.
Annual budgeting.
Payroll authorisation.
Planning and managing of the annual audit processes.
Guiding day to day operations.
Reviewing transfer pricing policies.
Negotiating on lease agreements.
Attending board meeting to report on financial status.
Management of staff.
Atomising and improving of systems.
Providing financial guidance to the company and its subsidiaries.

Minimum Requirements:

Chartered Accountant
5 – 7 years post articles experience.
Export experience.
Able and willing to travel on a frequent basis.
