JOB SUMMARY:
An all rounded; listed on JSE concern is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager whoâs equally comfortable with full finance functions as well as people management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a stalwart of the South African transport sector and in search of an individual who will be passionate about providing accurate and timely financial analysis of key commercial initiatives.

As Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
Prepare and post accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
Leading the team responsible for payroll, VAT and other compliance processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
3 - 5 years post articles experience
Knowledge of Cognos advantageous
People Management skills
