POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Financial Manager who enjoys working close to operations and translating financial data into actionable insights. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance function that values accountability, continuous improvement, and smart decisionâmaking. From budgeting and cash flow to reporting and compliance, you’ll take ownership of regional finance while building strong relationships with operational teams. This role offers exposure, responsibility, and a solid platform for longâterm growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own regional budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Deliver accurate monthly financial and management reports
Ensure compliance with IFRS, legislation, and internal policies
Manage revenue, cash flow, credit control, and balance sheet items
Track inventory levels, costs, and workâinâprogress
Analyse performance, flag risks, and highlight opportunities
Support sales and operations with quote costings and insights
Assist with audits, controls, and finance projects

Job Experience and Skills Required:

SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
2 to 3 years postâarticles experience
Practical knowledge of IFRS
Experience in financial control or management accounting environments
Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability
Analytical thinking and problemâsolving skills
Confident communicator across teams
IFRS knowledge
Comfortable working with multiple priorities
