Overview

Join a growing fitness and wellness group focused on functional training, HIIT, and the global HYROX-style movement. We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee multi-site gym operations, drive commercial performance, and support the expansion of new locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple gyms
Implement processes, ensure compliance, and maintain service excellence
Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and profitability
Lead expansion of new sites through market analysis and launch planning
Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams
Drive member experience, community culture, and retention
Collaborate on marketing initiatives and strategic commercial growth

Minimum Requirements

5–7 years in commercial operations or multi-site management (fitness/wellness an advantage)
Strong financial and business development skills
Proven experience scaling operations or opening new business units
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Passion for health, wellness, and community-driven fitness environments
