Position Overview:

A global leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry has a brilliant opportunity available for a Commercial Operations Manager.

This role will manage the commercial operations across all private sector wholesalers, marketing partners and public sector customers and public sector organizations. Ensuring that all business operations will be according to the overall operational strategy.

One will drive business success by defining and implementing KPIs, processes to unlock the full value of supply channels in the private (wholesalers, marketing partners) and public sector with sustainable models.

Lead holistically and resolve all operational hurdles in execution of commercial operations related to public sector customer tenders, for private partners and be the single point of contact (Key Account Manager) for the organization for all matters relating to allocated brands and private/public sector partners.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum Requirements:

• A completed Bachelor degree in Business Administration with finance specialization
• Key Account Management and a successful sales track record in Pharmaceutical Sales
• Project Management skills is required
• Experience in Commercial Operations Management in Healthcare/Life Science Sector
• Experience in commercial and business strategies implementation
• Strong record of driving value and business performance and experience with tenders

Must have knowledge of:

• Excellent know-how of public sector operations in healthcare and key point of contacts
• PC – MS Windows, Office
