SUMMARY:
Are you most comfortable in a production environment, working closely with operational data and plant processes? This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and computer skills, advanced Excel capability, and a passion for working with data and analysis.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for raw material and finished goods stock control across multiple plants
Manage bill of materials (BOM) verifications within the plant
Maintain traceability documentation control, including waste control and incoming inspections
Coordinate capital expenditure projects from motivation and ordering through to cost analysis and equipment delivery
Manage and monitor budgets, including repairs and maintenance, wages, and capital expenditure
Track and manage monthly plant expenses
Monitor production gains, losses, and recoveries
Track tonnage, unaccountable losses, stock bookings against production, and waste
Conduct annual asset verification audits
Perform interdepartmental stock audits and reporting

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Finance Degree or CIMA qualification
At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Supervisory experience advantageous
Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
SAP experience advantageous

Skills and Competencies

Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact across all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
