SUMMARY:
Join one of the leading consulting firms on their commercial property sector and work on high end projects.

POSITION INFO:

Review project contracts and manage sub-contractors on site

Manage multi-disciplinary project proposals, quotations and bid documents

Project planning - Management of time and cost on multi-disciplinary projects

Develop and manage financial reports for forecasting

Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Property sector

Good understanding of both the Mechanical and Electrical sectors

Strong experience in handling contracts and managing sub-contractors

Good knowledge on SHEQ risks

Experience working on commercial property projects

Must be registered as a Professional Project Manager

Qualification:

BTech/BEng: Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

PMP

Must have valid driver’s license

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
