SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Specialist Attorney with 4+ years post article experience to join a dynamic Law Firm based in the Centurion area. As a Commercial Specialist Attorney, you will be specialising in corporate and commercial litigation. This includes M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, and Transactional Tax matters. The ideal candidate will have an LLB and an LLM would be advantageous. If you have a sound understanding of corporate and commercial law, we would like to hear from you.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

LLB degree (Essential)
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
4+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable)
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law and litigation processes
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).

Salary, incentives and/or alternative remuneration structure will be negotiable
