Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our client is a leading and award winning franchised Commercial Vehicles dealership in Botswana and they are seeking a talented individual for their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and must be willing to relocate with their family.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of the commercial vehicle service department – light, medium, heavy and extra heavy
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement service strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
Manage and motivate the service team to achieve departmental goals
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Salary Package
Basic salary of 35,000 BWP per month (approximately R47,969.00)
Housing allowance of 9,000-9,500 BWP per month (approximately R12,000.00)
Incentive based on net operating profits
Cell phone allowance
Company car and fuel allowance
Gratuity of 25% of annual salary paid out after 2 years, of which only 50% is taxable at 25%
Schooling for 2 children (primary and secondary), with options available for more children
The company will cover relocation expenses for the candidate and their family
