SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Commodity Specialist to manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost optimization initiatives across key raw material categories. The successful candidate will drive procurement excellence and build strong supplier partnerships to support operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements
• Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage supplier performance and compliance
• Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing or commodity management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
• Advanced Excel skills
