About the Role
We are seeking a Commodity Manager to oversee the sourcing, procurement, and management of key commodities essential to our operations. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to drive procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and logistics, to meet business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical sourcing standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in commodity management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and risk management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
