COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Compliance Unit | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

A Development Finance Institution is inviting suitably qualified internal candidates to apply for the position of Compliance Analyst within the Compliance Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence checks and compliance monitoring.
Prepare compliance reports and regulatory analysis.
Provide administrative and operational compliance support.
Assist with risk assessment and monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related environment.
Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, OHS, and Labour Relations legislation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ethical judgement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
