SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career professional with 4–6 years of experience in Compliance, Security, and Auditing within the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, audit processes, risk management, and policy implementation, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure. POSITION INFO:
Requirements

BSc/BA law, finance, business administration or related field or any compliance/audit related degree
Solid experience in compliance, security, and auditing within the ICT or Information Technology sector
Strong knowledge of audit requirements, regulatory submissions, reporting procedures, and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with Sage X3 will be advantageous
Familiarity with ICT sector practices and regulatory frameworks
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties

Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs
Conducting internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed
Identifying compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
Maintaining documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes
Conducting periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews
Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Keeping informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes
Developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
Risk assessment updates
Assisting in collating information for internal audits
Complete various regulatory information forms
Conduct vendor audits
Preparing and submission of statutory declarations and returns
