SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for property and hospitality? We’re seeking a detail-driven Financial Controller to manage reporting, budgets, and compliance that keep our property portfolio performing at its best!

POSITION INFO:
Work with a leading group within the hospitality and sectional title management industry with a strong market reputation

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present monthly financial packs across multiple entities
Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Oversee financial management of body corporates / sectional title portfolios
Ensure IFRS, tax, and statutory compliance
Manage audit processes and implement financial controls
Collaborate with operational teams to drive financial performance

Skills & Requirements:
BCom in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 5+ years experience in a Financial Controller
Experience within hospitality or sectional title / property management
Strong experience in budgets, variance analysis & monthly reporting
