Company and Job Description:
Join a reputable hospitality group based in Sandton. The Financial Controller will oversee the full financial function, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages complexity with confidence, and partners closely with operational and executive teams to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight and preparation of annual financial statements
VAT, tax compliance, and statutory submissions
Review and approval of journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Monthly management accounts and income statement analysis
Balance sheet control, cash flow management, and financial controls
Managing audits and liaising with external stakeholders

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
SAICA/SAIPA Articles
3-5 years post articles experience
Experience in hospitality and/or sectional title management is essential
