POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist to help ensure full alignment with FATCA and CRS regulations. You’ll play a key role in shaping compliance frameworks, advising senior stakeholders, and representing the organization in industry forums. This is your chance to work at the forefront of regulatory change, influencing how a major financial institution navigates complex global tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret FATCA/CRS regulations, ensuring the organization meets all legal obligations
Review and align internal policies and procedures with evolving tax laws and regulatory standards
Provide expert compliance advice to management and business units; communicate legislative impacts clearly
Identify and assess compliance risks, track corrective actions, and escalate non-compliance issues
Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulators, ensuring timely approvals and issue resolution

Job Experience and Skills Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Management (LLB or admitted attorney preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FATCA/CRS compliance within financial services
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A passion for interpreting complex legislation and turning it into actionable insights
