SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:

The Training Academy Compliance Officer ensures that the institution adheres to all regulatory and accreditation requirements under QCTO, SETA, EISA, and SFIA frameworks. The role involves overseeing compliance with education, training, and skills development regulations, managing quality assurance, and facilitating seamless accreditation processes

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Education, Training Management, Compliance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training compliance, quality assurance, or accreditation processes
In-depth knowledge of QCTO, SETA, and EISA accreditation requirements
Familiarity with SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and its application in training programs
Experience in audit preparation, learner tracking systems, and accreditation applications

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of skills development legislation (e.g., SDA, SDLA, NQF Act, QCTO policies)
Excellent analytical, auditing, and documentation skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
