SUMMARY:
Construction Director required for medium size building contractor. Must be Professionally registered with SACPCMP

POSITION INFO:
Must have the following:

Professionally registered with SACPCMP
10 years’ experience in the development of commercial and residential projects
Proven track record of management of projects from inception to completion
Experience in organisation and project planning
Experience in quality and risk assessment
Extensive experience in the management of the JBCC and NEC form of contracts
Management of legal compliance and construction regulations
Must have firm abilities in the negotiation of agreements
Management of budget and skilled in extension of time for projects
Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects and CCS Candy
