JOB SUMMARY:
My Client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to join their team in CPT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implement process improvement principles, tools, and enablers (KPIs, dashboards, automation, etc.)
Participate in process control & monitoring audits to ensure alignment with the Group Standards
Work closely with the local operations teams and management to select most appropriate process improvement techniques, training, and other enablers
Propose local processes adjustments and improvements, including automation and support tools, for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
Assist in the optimization of current processes to meet all customer service levels and internal requirements, and support local management to develop new service offerings
Assist with month-end presentations, maintaining of data base of all Continuous Improvement related records
Assist with completion of month-end reporting, and coordinating all milestones
Analyze and troubleshoot process obstacles to provide continuous and permanent improvement suggestions
Act as a support system (Continuous Improvement) to the operational teams at WFS(SA) facilities
Assist with minutes of meetings for Continuous Improvement, as well as operational matters
Health & Safety Administration within the scope of SHE Representative responsibilities (where applicable)
