POSITION INFO:

Experience:

Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects with a track record of improved efficiency and reduced cost.
Operationalizing new business development initiatives.
Developing and improving health and safety plans, programmes, and procedures.
Auditing operational teams against approved systems.
Investigating, establishing, and implementing standardized resources
Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to optimise total delivery lead-time and logistics cost.
Active Stakeholder Management by ensuring clear communication channels are maintained between all parties involved in improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

5-10 years’ in management role within Logistics / Supply Chain.
5-10 years’ experience in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHEQ) Management.
BCom / BTech /BEng (Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
Sound operational background within logistics management
Experience of managing stakeholders at a senior level
