POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects with a track record of improved efficiency and reduced cost.
• Operationalizing new business development initiatives.
• Developing and improving health and safety plans, programmes, and procedures.
• Auditing operational teams against approved systems.
• Investigating, establishing, and implementing standardized resources
• Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to optimise total delivery lead-time and logistics cost.
• Active Stakeholder Management by ensuring clear communication channels are maintained between all parties involved in improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5-10 years’ in management role within Logistics / Supply Chain.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHEQ) Management.
• BCom / BTech /BEng (Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
• Sound operational background within logistics management
• Experience of managing stakeholders at a senior level
