JOB SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturing company based in the South of JHB is looking to employ a Continuous Improvement Engineer with 2- 5 years’ experience working in an industrial environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Degree or Diploma level qualified in an Engineering discipline or equivalent education
Must have 2-5 years’ experience working in a Factory
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transport
Six Sigma green belt knowledge extremely advantageous
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Good understanding of production processes
Technical report writing is essential
Investigate, source, and develop solutions to issues throughout the factory or plan
Analyse and improve processes of a business continually
Search for problem areas within the organisation
Improve manufacturing efficiencies by means of lean manufacturing
Examine, design, and implement industrial processes into the company
Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to strategically implement lean manufacturing in all departments
