SUMMARY:

Company Maintenance Engineer
An established engineering organization is seeking a skilled Company Maintenance Engineer to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and longâterm asset sustainability.

Role Overview
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant and equipment through structured maintenance strategies, dataâdriven reliability improvements, and proactive problem solving.

POSITION INFO:

Key Accountabilities

Diagnose and resolve equipment failures efficiently
Implement preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures
Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance on all maintenance activities
Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and cost control
Work closely with workshop and engineering teams to support operational goals

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant engineering or maintenance experience
Strong mechanical knowledge with solid faultâfinding capability
Experience with maintenance data, documentation, and performance analysis
CRE / CMRP certification will be beneficial
