SUMMARY:
Introduction:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a contracts administrator to join their team in Benoni.

POSITION INFO:
Position: Contracts Administrator
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Benoni - Gauteng
Salary: Market related

Minimum requirements are:

Grade 12/Matric.
Certification/Qualification in SHERQ.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Good command of the English language, verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

Tracking and compiling the new annual contractor packs.
Ensuring the pack has a valid Letter of Good Standing.
Ensuring the pack has a valid Public Liability.
Auditing the packs and updating expired documents.
Booking & scheduling the Medicals, Inductions and First Aid training.
Submitting the monthly man hours, to the various mines.
Completing and arranging signatures of the monthly documentation.
Maintaining the HSEC online packs for the sites daily.
Loading and maintaining documents - Isometrix system.
