SUMMARY:

Contracts Co Ordinator

Administer all documentation and paperwork pertaining to contractual obligations.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Contracts Co Ordinator for North Cliff, Johannesburg, to join their team.

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Computer literate
Previous site administration experience in a construction environment will be advantageous

Duties:

Administration, including answering calls, correspondence, invoicing etc.
Operations: Including site planning for teams.
Ordering of stock for teams.
Submitting month end information for salaries: including absenteeism, and any other relevant information.
Ensuring team targets are met every month per team.
Receiving orders and updating monthly job list and giving feedback to MD regarding contracts and tenders awarded.
Keeping track of team’s daily visits to sites and their progress per site.
Manage changes to the project scope schedule and project costs where necessary.
Detailed cost monitoring and tracking of each job.
Liaising with clients and contracts department regarding progress on sites.
Ensure that deliverables fall within Scope and contract value.
Oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects.
Dealing with queries/complaints from clients and troubleshooting.
Co-ordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope.
Preparing invoices for jobs in progress and completed jobs.
Preparing handover documents upon completion of projects as well and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Courtesy calls to clients regarding progress on various projects.
Follow up on Reports submitted to the estimating department.
Travel bookings (Flights, accommodation etc.).
Any other administrative tasks given.

Salary: R 15 000.00 p/m
