POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading construction contractor and property development company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a landmark R240 million residential development in Sea Point, Cape Town.

This senior position reports directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of subcontractors, cost control, program delivery, and quality compliance across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Management role

Proven track record managing high-end residential or mixed-use developments exceeding R100 million

Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JBCC / NEC) and project cost control

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (advantageous)
