SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
This role is perfect for a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make a tangible impact through efficient tender processes, cost savings, and strategic supplier partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

BCom Degree in Finance, Governance, or a related field (essential)
4–5 years’ experience in contract management, tender coordination, or procurement
Proven experience in managing and finalising multiple tenders simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel – Intermediate) and exposure to e-tender ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage incoming tenders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from facilitation to final execution
Prepare, present, and report on tender progress and outcomes to stakeholders
Drive negotiations with bidders and suppliers, achieving favourable outcomes
Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including partnerships with universities
Lead marketing and sales initiatives to expand business opportunities
Ensure that contracts meet budgetary requirements and deliver measurable cost savings
Support strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
