Contracts Manager, Projects

Requirements

• B. Com Law, B. Degree or B. Eng.
• Accreditation or Registration Membership in Psychometric Assessment
• 8 Years’ experience in operational of Construction Related, Commercial Related, GCC / FIDIC / NEC contract conditions and negotiation skills
• Certificate of Fitness

KPA’s

• Assist with compiling of the POP strategy and setting up of contract requirements so that SCM can issue enquiries
• Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget
• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects
• Audit contractor schedules, progress reports, site instructions and other project documents on an ongoing basis to determine progress against baselines (Performance)
• Implement corrective actions were required to correct gaps identified that can place a risk on company
• Implement portfolio targets in alignment with legislation and charters (e.g. Mining Charter, BBBEE, SHE
