Conveyancing Attorney - Client Facing - N\/Subs Cape Town Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp) Type: Permanent About the role: Overview: We are looking for a Conveyancing Attorney with a strong client-facing focus to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the conveyancing process efficiently and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. Duties and Responsibilities: LLB qualification and minimum 2 years' experience as an admitted attorney. Admitted Conveyancer with at least 1 year experience in conveyancing. Willingness to travel when required. Risk and Compliance: Responsibilities include risk reporting, fraud and money laundering management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and updating the Risk Management and Compliance Programme. Conveyancing Attorney: Duties include meeting clients for document signings, maintaining relationships with Secretaries, and ensuring timely appointments.
