Our northern suburb client in the wealth and property investment industry is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary with 4 years’ transfer experience and Lexi Convey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT
SECTOR : PROPERTY
START DATE : IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

DUTIES:
Draft transfer documents
Request and obtain municipal rates clearance certificates
Request and obtain transfer duty receipt
Liaise with bond attorneys and deeds office
Send updates to developers and estate agents
General conveyancing duties

REQUIREMENT:
Matric
Conveyancing course / paralegal diploma
Lexis Convey – non-negotiable
2 - 4 years’ relevant experience
Work independently, efficiently and speedily
Attention to detail
Own vehicle & valid driver’s license
