Corporate Finance Executive

Joining a growing corporate finance team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of engagements, including acquisitions, disposals, capital raising initiatives, management buyouts and financial due diligence projects. POSITION INFO:
This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional looking to strengthen their technical expertise, gain meaningful client exposure, and play an active role in delivering high-quality corporate finance solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of corporate finance and transaction advisory engagements across multiple industries. Assist with financial due diligence assignments for corporate and investment clients. Analyze financial information and prepare detailed databooks to support transaction decisions. Produce clear, concise reports that highlight key commercial findings and financial insights. Identify potential transaction risks and contribute practical solutions throughout the deal process. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of live transactions while supporting senior team members. Prepare information memorandums, business plans, and funding documentation. Research businesses, industries, market trends, prospective investors, and acquisition opportunities. Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, funding structures, and buyout transactions as your experience grows. Liaise with clients and professional advisors to help ensure transactions progress efficiently from start to completion. Contribute to business development initiatives, relationship building, and deal origination activities. Maintain continuous professional development with a focus on corporate finance and transaction execution. Job Experience and Skills Required ACA or ACCA qualification. Minimum of 3 years' audit or accounting experience. Previous exposure to Transaction Services or M&A would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with an interest in developing financial modeling expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
