JOB SUMMARY:
This exciting opportunity requires an individual who can add strategic value through analysing and advising within the finance department and the greater organisation. You will be required to provide expert financial management and corporate governance guidance in support of the organisations Global Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with the various Finance units to ensure the application of sound accounting principles and practices Provide adequate financial reporting on a corporate level to the Finance Director for presentation to the applicable stakeholders

Preparation and analysis of reports

Provide specialised financial technical assistance to the Finance Director

Coordinate the annual budgeting process across all entities

Support the Finance Director in managing and monitoring the Indirect Cost pools

Manage financial and administrative systems

Support the Finance Director and International Operations Unit with financial management and corporate governance and compliance

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a multi-national organisation at head office level

Minimum 7– 10 years’ experience in a financial role

Minimum of 5 years managerial experience

Sound business and technical acumen

Focused team player that is comfortable under pressure

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to present to a Board of Directors

Qualification:

CA(SA) / CIMA qualified
