Corporate Governance Officer

SUMMARY:
A mining company is looking for a Corporate Governance Officer to manage projects and to assist the CEO with ad-hoc duties. The successful candidate will have to be a strong capable individual who can work under severe pressure.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Essential: BCom Degree (Business Management or Project Management would be ideal).
• 3-5 years’ experience managing projects.
• Legal background would be beneficial.
• Strong MS Office and MS Projects experience.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be prepared to work long hours occasionally.
