SUMMARY:
An established accounting firm in Pretoria East is looking for a competent and experienced Corporate Governance Secretary to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Include:

Company Registrations: Managing the full process of new company registrations with the CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission).
Beneficial Ownership: Preparing and submitting all required documentation and updates regarding beneficial ownership (BO registration) with the CIPC.
Company Amendments: Handling all company amendments, including director changes, name changes, and address changes with the CIPC.
Secretarial Administration: Expert administration and maintenance of company records using GreatSoft Secretarial software.
General Office Management: Assisting with general office administration and management tasks within the accounting practice.
Ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in company secretarial work.
Proficiency and practical experience with the CIPC’s online platforms.
Essential experience with GreatSoft Secretarial or similar company administration software.
Excellent proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and proactive.
